Please don't join this organization as this company & management is playing with the employees career. Please research about this company twice & thrice in the market. I had given my interview on 4th sep 24 & HR Manager told me that I get selected for the position & i had shared my documents with them for further procedure & after two weeks of time they told me that same position is filed internally.

Nothing to be honest.

Dislikes

Work culture is horrible for sales people. Other real estate companies leave you by 6/7 on weekdays but here if you dont have clients they asked you to do telecalling until 9-10 pm. They hire people as a relationship manager but order them to do a telecalling job. Bosses/TLs/AM/Heads always rinsulting the employees. Vapes used by certain employees or TLs in the office premises. Abusive bosses. Threats to lay off was frequent.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
