It's nice work and the cultural program of this company is good but one thing I don't like management not thinking about ground level employee

Since its a monopoly, your experience year will not help in long run. Added to this managment act as if they own the organization. Chatukarita & Favouritism chocks the growth of deserving employees

Teammates behave good but sometimes its terrible.training provided before start new project.job security is too poor.no innovation and appraisal is terrible.
