It's nice work and the cultural program of this company is good but one thing I don't like management not thinking about ground level employee

Job security og meteorology is not ok and management becomes worst and the employees of this company alway fill unsafe because of resignations.

Since its a monopoly, your experience year will not help in long run. Added to this managment act as if they own the organization. Chatukarita & Favouritism chocks the growth of deserving employees
