there is no growth, the owner of this company is terrible, she is just concerned about her money and doesnt want any employee to maintain good relation with each other, she gives appraisal if she wants to, its totally on her.. wants employees to give all the news like a detective to her then only she stays in good terms, she is a complete liar and always talks big giving false promises to employees and removes them from job wenever she wants.
