I have worked with Metalsa but they didn't pay my full and final settlement since 50 days. The contracter is still not pay my settlement. Day by day they are shifting my settlement paying date. I am not happy with Metalsa.

...is terrible at Job security as well. They hire new people for strategic purpose. Every year they fire newly joined(0-2 yr) employee on the basis of cost cutting measure and to protect their core team.

HERE IN METALSA EVERY THING IS GOOD.THE BEHAVIAR OF TL AND CO-WORKER IS FRIENDLY.HERE WE GET FREE BUS SIRVICE AND WE GET PROPER TRAINING BEFOR STARTING WORK AT M/C.Like OTHER COMPANY POLITIC NOT HAPEN HERE BUT NOW IT IS EFFECTING HERE'S MANAGEMENT.

HERE SALARY SYSTEM IS VERY POOR IN MY VIEW ,BECSUSE HERE YOU DON'T GET SAME SALARY FOR SAME WORK.IN METSLSA AS OLD WORKER WERE YOU AS MORE SALARY YOY WILL GET.IF YOU DO EXTRA EFORT ,IT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR SALARY WILL MORE THAN YOUR CO -WORKER, WHIO IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY.
