Owner Jain and Production Manager Reddy expects all employees to work like 14 hours in company without any benefits.

For freshers and starters this organisation will teach you a lot from the techno commercial aspects.

Worst work culture, they expect you to work even on sundays, they never follow the system they just work like a barbarians, work life balance also worst. That organisation expect you to work 13 to 14 hours even but what they mentioned in offer letter was its like a 9 to 5 job.
