Its not a good company for professionals, but for freshers you can learn much things and can move out

...oney . He never think about employees work life balance and their career growth. pay was very less but work load is too much the culture is worst than a fish market. No one follows nothing they just implemented ISO 9001 for the sake of clients but never follow any rules. Owner Jain and Production Manager Reddy expects all employees to work like 14 hours in company without any benefits.

For freshers and starters this organisation will teach you a lot from the techno commercial aspects.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, they expect you to work even on sundays, they never follow the system they just work like a barbarians, work life balance also worst. That organisation expect you to work 13 to 14 hours even but what they mentioned in offer letter was its like a 9 to 5 job.
