The Co-Founders know nothing about the business, there is no product and yet they call themselves a product company. The Co-Founder/COO doesn't know shit about anything but is heading the company so you can understand where this company is heading. If you really don't get a job anywhere, please join them, else you need to save yourself.

Honestly, nothing. By far, one of the best organisations to work with in terms of the teams, the leaders. The leaders are empathetic & you are always heard. Things can not go wrong unless one gets inconsistent (which I guess could be a problem anywhere).

Office space can be optimised to make it more comfortable to work in and flexible work from home days are required.

Work culture is really good, you're always incentivised and supported to improve upon your skill. All the seniors are extremely helpful. The leadership is extremely approachable and always receptive to feedback.

Everything is to dislike. Poor management, arrogant, egoistic Behaviour, blaming and HR doesn’t care about employees at all. HR is very lazy, no response, never work on time, reimbursements doesn’t even get reimbursed. You will just pay from your pocket for the company and reimbursement will be just delayed without any reason.
