...nly affects work-life balance but also adds pressure and stress on employees. Another thing is the retention bonus system, that is every month they will deduct half from your salary which they will promise to give you on the 6th month then again deduct few from there to add it to the next 6th month which is a deceptive and manipulative tactic to keep employees trapped in an unsustainable work environament. If you resign before 6th month or if they terminate you, then one will not get their deserving half salary which they deducted. Last but not least their policies change a lot and too much micromanagement.

The process for a freelancer is smooth, payments are done on time, the pay scale here is decent for someone experienced like me. They pay on time as well which is good compared to the current cases happening where either money is late or delayed for months.

Dislikes

The work isn’t continuous, but I do get projects here and there. It’s important to have a clear communication here otherwise the reworks can be high
