No salary increments No problem solving mechanism When you talk with manager regarding your problems then you get silly answers. (You just like *Yaar ye company hai ya mental hospital, kaha kaha se utha late hai*) Always shouted and jealous on employee. Even more interested in girls personal life and stalked them.

No Job Security. Any time they fired, Any one. No any Management. Every day company rule gets changes as per company owner. Company will take Interview on your profile but will get data entry work only.

Lot of politics played by CEO and Operational Manager. Unnecessary shouting at work by CEO. Management , CEO and Operational Manager don't have any knowledge they are treating IT employees as factory workers. Fired many good senior employees for the personal benifits of Operational Manager and management. Overall this company will take everything from you and return you will give you nothing. Advice to who are looking to join this company. Please find any other job don't ruin your future.
