Lot of politics played by CEO and Operational Manager. Unnecessary shouting at work by CEO. Management , CEO and Operational Manager don't have any knowledge they are treating IT employees as factory workers. Fired many good senior employees for the personal benifits of Operational Manager and management. Overall this company will take everything from you and return you will give you nothing.
