Salary was less compare to other organization and PF account was creating after 4 months and adding amount after 6 months and If notice period completed you get Full and final settlement after 3 to 4 months

There is nothing to like about Mervic infotech that I will give any feedback or rating on.

Dislikes

Salary Ishu, late payable salary, not credit salary in on date and time, Joining time is what it says but nothing is available after joining. The usage here is very bad if there is a problem the problem is not solved, Even if the salary is deducted without any reason, the approval of the leave is not obtained properly...

They give your salary on time and seniors and team Leaders always support every people who have working there. Hr team is also good.

Honestly say, If you give oil to your managers every day you'll surely get your promotion soon. Managers conflicts are affect the Employees work culture. Management issue is the biggest problem. Salary is too low as compare to workload

Dislikes

No one is take responsibility about salary and final settlement HR's are very lazy they will not update proper update they will only give fake commitments . To the employee and also not know how to talk with employees.

I gave my 2 years,and now I realised that I just waste my 2 years here, they didn't gave any salary increment who are not eligible they got promotion. There are no management here. If you really want to growth for your carrier please don't join here.
