Good environment and teammates are supportive but removed myself from company for cost cutting and not supported anything and I am facing crucial without job and financially

Work environment is good. Seniors are supportive. Some policies are good for employees.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary also not decent for selected employee. Carrier growth also slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I worked with meru for 6 month and that was my biggest mistake for my life. No job security.

Micro management and no company ethics, very congested place to work employees. Management can terminate anytime to their employees without any employee's mistakes hence there is no job security.

When I joined Meru I was happy with my decision, but as time passed I realised this is not the place to work as there is no proper training given to new employee. Each and every work will be passed on to subordinate. There is job security but no growtrh at all( from last 2 years no appraisals is been given) work life balance is maintained but culture is bit wierd.
