Immense growth opportunities - you get to work first hand with leading brands from india and overseas developed markets 0-1 journey - You can start as a fresher and quickly work your way up into mid management in less than 3 years

Inconsistent work culture - It totally depends on your clientele and your reporting manager Compensation is average, work life balance is not there Met the worst in my life person here 🤬. They should do a thorough background check. Hiring prostitutes is not something expected from MNC like merkle

Limitless potential to grow if you are a self learner. Initiatives and out of the box thinking always appreciated. Absolutely no issues with trial and error.

Clueless Leadership. Misalignment of undeserving people in important positions. Low salary, low appraisals and absolutely no benefits. HR is invisible. No specific Escalation Metrix if you are facing trouble.
