In terms of work it was more effective and i learnt a lot of new strategies skills. Merkle is the best for employees who are starting their career in Digital Marketing.

Dislikes

No appraisals and promotions. Work load will increase but our salary would not increase.

Good company culture, everyone is there to help you in IDC department. Great learning, you will get good opportunities in future with name of this. Good exposure to offshore. One one will notice where you are online or not gives you freedom to login an hour late if sometime needed, their only concern is work should be delivered on time.

Dislikes

Poor appraisal, should value their employees according to pay otherwise people won't think once to leave.

There is really nothing to like about Sokrati. The work culture is pathetic. The management is not helpful.
