Nothing, pathetic organisation, didn’t give my salary & expenses for a year and fired me in the crucial time when I needed the money the most.

Not getting leave easily , working hours will be 14-15 hrs during need but u don't get any extra compensation even one cup of tea. No need of talent here. They followed own 90, era rules

1. Heavy Micromanagement. 2. Office timing and unnecessary salary cuts. 3. Forcing employees to write 5 Star reviews on Ambition box. 4. Office Politics is very high. 5. Toxic work culture. 6. HR Acts like Police on employees.

No promotions for 3 years from joining Performance rating are not considered for salary (name sake) Management cannot hear employees words Management does not know the type of work that the employees do.

Policy regarding promotion and appraisal. Bonus policy. Recruitment against resignation. Staff welfare. No provision of refreshment for employees working late hours.
