...u can see people leaving this company. 7. HR is for policing employees only 8. Salary deductions on getting late for mere seconds also. This helps company to skip paying PF for that period. 9. Avoids reporting to any owner. 10. Some car drivers and employees works as spy for owners too, (yes it is strange) 11. Though one joins company in mazboori, Please ensure To get minimums 40% hike before joining.

Salary on time. 1st of every month. Brand value in the market.

No job security. Too much office politics. Senior takes all credits. Old employees above 10years thinks themselves as MD of the company. No work life balance. HR have no work except checking attendance. They even don't know company policies. Marwari family run company hence their decision is the main. Marwari work culture. Accreditation rate is very high. No training to the Employees. No good work recognitions. Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm work timing.

Nam bada darshan thoda. Those worked more than 10-15 years they feel and treat others as MD. Behaviour also very rude. Also some senior teams involved on wrong practice. People also trained such a way they also put CEO in pressure, finally he left merino .

Nothing, pathetic organisation, didn’t give my salary & expenses for a year and fired me in the crucial time when I needed the money the most.

Everything, the company doesn’t value their employees, their HR’s don’t know how to deal with the employees.
