Need to improve on collaborative working between cross vertical in all levels and mindset of laminate verticals back end team like SCM, Order Management teams against new vertical teams.

Salary on time. 1st of every month. Brand value in the market.

No job security. Too much office politics. Senior takes all credits. Old employees above 10years thinks themselves as MD of the company. No work life balance. HR have no work except checking attendance. They even don't know company policies. Marwari family run company hence their decision is the main. Marwari work culture. Accreditation rate is very high. No training to the Employees. No good work recognitions. Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm work timing.

Nothing, pathetic organisation, didn’t give my salary & expenses for a year and fired me in the crucial time when I needed the money the most.
