At times internal politics takes toll on you especially when you deliver 9/10 jobs. That 1 job which you didn't do ( because it was never a priority) will be marked by your boss and no proper handover.

I work in 14 year job completed but my salary is not growth and position is not growth . My superseded person has been promoted and the pay scale is higher and he doesn't even have the skills to work
