...s very good. The seniors, teammates are cooperative and welcome new initiatives. Compensation is fair, provided your performance is exemplary.

Dislikes

At times internal politics takes toll on you especially when you deliver 9/10 jobs. That 1 job which you didn't do ( because it was never a priority) will be marked by your boss and no proper handover.

I work in meril park work to 14 year job completed. Very good experience and knowledge the company.I I proud to this company is grow to company.

Dislikes

I work in 14 year job completed but my salary is not growth and position is not growth . My superseded person has been promoted and the pay scale is higher and he doesn't even have the skills to work

easy to communicate with high authorities staff is so good friendly peoples and things to learn

...t dont have any idea of IT industry no companies wants you to work on saturday . also there is no extra activities are available even you need to pay for snacks and no area for refreshment
