In Meril Endo surgery in C section before you joining please confirm about your increment process.if you joing after April you cannot get increment for first year.behaviour of GM like uneducated people. You cannot Grow there .toxic people are where stand on higher positions.they will see only themself benefit. They only increase themself increment .they didn’t respect Worker . If you say something single word against him then you will be fired by politics .here more than 7 year completed workers or operator are working but still not ONROLL. If you are ready to work in day night shift then you can join . But whatever you will do for company if you are working in shift it’s useless. Your performance wil never seen . Caz of they think that day night shift people are doing time pass .

- Salary is given on time. - Infrastructure is good. - Working culture is average. - HR Policies are good and supportive as compare to other companies. - Good company for Retirement (Not for skill development).

... will prevent you to put your creative ideas and propose them to top management. - Salary offered is very less as per experience and skill. - Technical skills cannot make you worthy. - Only moving around departments with laptop shows that you are working (Meaningless, But still it is like that in Meril) - They planning is very good but when It comes to execution, Everyone including seniors starts to play "Kho-Kho". - Lower designated employees are suffering of workload and after completing tasks they are not taken into consideration and not appreciated. - Top Management only hears to their favourite ones, who are working in company from long period. They do not give chance to new-comers with creative ideas. - Work Policies of department changes as per mood of seniors. Ultimately, Problem stays only on mail. - Product quality is average. Who are having technical skills are ignored. Complaint related to products remains in mails, No one takes responsibility to find solution. - If you try to change the culture or to put your ideas, they started scolding you, ignoring you and started playing Big-Boss. No one is eager to change the working pattern including GM of department. - If you discuss your task or any issues while doing task with your seniors, They don't give solution instead they will put you in problem and give you additional task. - "Bane raho Pagla, Karega Agla", "Bane raho fool, Salary pao full" - This type of working culture. - Those who are working from longer period, Meril is just a retirement company for them. They are working on the same pattern as they were working in the first year of their career in Meril.
