There is good job security. People are good ( if you can tackle politics). Salary is on time. Campus is awsome.

...mployees mostly. Only junk food available in small canteen. Management is ok ok. No slab wise salary. Your junior may have better package than yours. Work from home issues are there except in few teams where their heads take stand for team's safety. No yearly cultural program for the employees. Hardly any training provided during probation. Health insurance amount deducted by 50%.

I work in 14 year job completed but my salary is not growth and position is not growth . My superseded person has been promoted and the pay scale is higher and he doesn't even have the skills to work
