Its has been a huge learning curve and experience as everything over here is manual. They say they want to automate the systems, however they waste money and purchase multiple softwares and get stuck trying to figure out what to do with them.

...ur appraisal. Pathetic. Please don't waste you time and efforts by joining here. There are people stuck here since 10s of years with a mere salary of 25-30 thousand per month. And if you're a fresher, I'd suggest here to stay for a year, get the experience and leave.

I work in 14 year job completed but my salary is not growth and position is not growth . My superseded person has been promoted and the pay scale is higher and he doesn't even have the skills to work
