The work culture was very excellent but there was no job security and due to that only it has been closed down.

Dislikes

It was very happy and pleasant working atmosphere in Mereena. My subordinates and my immediate boss was very educated and very cultured and very sympathetic in behaviour.

The company is skill development good. Mereena creation is export house.. This is organisation working satification good.. And this organization stay in working more than growth with my career on developing.. And learning on this buyer work..this is my second organisation of learning different different buyer testing knowlege taken ..myself concerned about on the organisation to work and excellent in a challenging cereer in textile industry in gowth in firm with simulation environment and learning with growth in the organisation..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
