Work-life Balance is good. Due to Variety of projects, there is a huge scope for skill development Salary is also competitive as per market standards. Company culture is good. Company is only concerned with completing work on time. As its been 8+ years I have been working here, Job Security is no question here. Senior management justifies the efforts and provides promotions. The major advantage is complete work from home.

1. Day by day mercurius is degrading because of few employees like Uday Patil. He is a rotten potato. 2. Hiring and firing. 3. At the time of leaving they make policy their comfort and will cut your salaries and exploit you. 4. No matter how much effort you put into you have to do the boot polish of some donkeys like uday patil and some more.

Worst organization. Seniors do not have any technical knowledge.

Dislikes

They took away my full and final, my bonus of 2.5 lac approx. I worked day and night for them. I was working on most of the weekends without any additional pay.
