Salary, promotions and appraisal are the areas wherein they need to work...also internal job postings should be more transparent.

...here are no hidden deductions in CTC except Tax and PF. Free cab and free lunch. Yearly bonus. Trainings

Repeated work. In my department, managers are not involved in actual processing and in some cases they don't even know how to process. All they do is "MANAGING" which results in repeated time-sheets and other unnecessary admin work. Learning is very less.

Working culture is nice and the leave structure is one of the best.

Dislikes

Compensation structure is very bad compared to the industry. Employees are not rewarded enough for their efforts and there's too much favoratism.

Dislikes - Sexist management, Heavy Politics, Office Culture, Learning becomes stagnant, Low Salary, No Benefits, Super strict work hours, basically this place is an extension of school, you won't feel like you're in corporate now.

Working at Mercer has been a rewarding experience. It has a great working culture with no requirement to log-in or log-off at a particular time. Team is young and thus you get the opportunity to learn with the peers and also showcase your strengths. Its a great place to work in the early part of your career.

Dislikes

... is below par, particularly as you get more experience within a particular role. Monetary compensation is average and should improve further to retain the best talent.
