This company is very good for Fresher becz there is lots of learning for initial phase and have good environment and work culture, I have worked about three years at Mepro.

Working culture is good but pay scale is not good However salary is not important at the time initial stage. Specially for freshers.

Good working culture. All seniors and colleagues are supportive and mainly HR is more supportive for all employees Overally very good culture...👍

There is no dislike.... Company doesn't provide any type of transportation services...

Only job security. No one will expel you from company.

No canteen facility. No HR Policy. No security for female employees. No any transportation facility for emergency. Company located in such a place that you never get any transportation for main city. U have to work with your own risk. No body will support you.

I appreciate the the growth of the company, for which credit goes to the management, which really generous, quality oriented and very positive towards employees. There thoughts proven positive attitude during COVID-19 are remarkable & appreciable.

These all rating given up to my experience with regulatory affairs department because it was best department in all over the company which having lots of learning point.Where a fresher can learn lots of technical things.
