This company is very good for Fresher becz there is lots of learning for initial phase and have good environment and work culture, I have worked about three years at Mepro.

Working culture is good but pay scale is not good However salary is not important at the time initial stage. Specially for freshers.

Only job security. No one will expel you from company.

No canteen facility. No HR Policy. No security for female employees. No any transportation facility for emergency. Company located in such a place that you never get any transportation for main city. U have to work with your own risk. No body will support you.
