...l date, So you are a thief in their eyes and they will fire you from your job. The people of the family whose house runs from your salary should be very careful, this is what happened to me, that's why I am saying. Without any valid reason, your job will go away, no matter how honestly you do this work, no matter how hard you try.

I have worked there as a counselor & I feel that if you can survive in mentors eduserv for 6months as a counselor than you can work in any coaching center of Bihar. They train you very well in that field.

...ent can fire you anytime or they can change your position or department anytime. They may keep your one month salary as security deposit.

Only politics. Selection is done on basis of favouritism, casteism and may be money exchange. Working atmosphere is toxic. HR is casteist and takes Brahmans. No job security. Action against HR must be immediate. Selected candidates must be stopped from joining due to malafide reason. Director involvement is nothing, thats why hr is enjoying.
