Autonomy and empowerment is high. There is opportunity to show end to end ownership and do some great work in building and growing brands. My manager is supportive and is open to feedback and listening. If you are looking for a place to learn and grow and take massive responsibility early in your career, then this is the company for you.

Early stage start up so be ready for long work hours and a high pressure environment.

Work timing is little flexible and some people are very friendly.

Dislikes

Toxic managers and work culture. If they want to remove you they will create a fake record and alligate you on your performance. First the core team members should have the sense to judge what is wrong and what is right. Just they will take all inputs from the new joiners and take action rather than trusting the old employees who worked for many years. This happenes only in the Technology team. Other core team memebers are quite good compared to tech team.

Mensa has a great culture where in the senior leadership pushes you and supports you to be your best self. The role is as such wherein you get to experience various aspects of a business and is a great learning opportunity for you to grow as a leader.
