My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Good team leaders. Good work life balance. Free lunch.

Dislikes

Salary too late. Employees who quit, never get their dues cleared. They block employees phone numbers to avoid them. No HR. Worst management. They keep talking about employees every time. No PF. Work on weekends.

...nt people are very narrow minded , they were never able to keep their promises. Salary structure is very poor. Even they delayed salary by 3-4 months
