...nfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what's happening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling . Family persons struggle more.

Good experience and good company, but old employees (5 to 7 years experience persons) salary is lower than recently joined skilled labour. Apart from old employees salaries and promotions the company is excellent 👍

...ork and culture.our teammates are supportive.the management is very transparent. Company policies are good,salary hike and bonus are good but they give every two years.

...t, the company has a great responsibility to review their employees welfare too. How much they are paid, how much should we pay, is it according to the market value or less. No, they don't have time. If anybody questions, they are out of the screen.
