No grouth more over increment s are four years once if u left company the increment amount won't come more ove 20% salary they hold like bonus ect.To much politics management never bothered about it more over company is like shop no security for job waste company

... one person. In a project it is not enough to give increment only to superior.for example I have a 6years of experience as a Store Associate and my salary is only 16k This is condition of the company. The company will move forward only if everyone works together as a community.

... nepotism, castism, regionism, favorism,... Etc all types of negative isms here. If one is brave enough to join Megha make sure to ask atleast 100% hike on your current package so you have atleast one good thing to say about.
