In an emergency time work support from office is very good.

...NO House rent for family in site location,Food Allowance is only 2000 per month.Neglecting old employees in increament time and they offer new employees more salary.My salary is equal to new employee Sr Engineer salary.It is very bad 😞.I have been working here 12 Years but no growth in my salary.

The company will give no increment till 3 years. And when they give they will give only 7 to 8%.... Plus once we give you letter the accrued increment for earlier years will not be paid till 14 months. Technically you will not get any benefit till 3 years in the company. There is hardly any youth in the company because the youngsters the youth will not accept such kind of a company and would not like to continue the attrition rate is very high. They make you work on Saturdays also and there is no option for work from home even if you are very sick. The attitude of the senior management itself is lethargic and casual hence nobody in the market is willing to join this company.

...u bonus by July but this company will pay you bonus in the month of October end. The salary every month paid after 8 th of the month. Other companies give 12 public holidays in your but this company will give only 8. Other company will give you more than 18 earned leaves or privilege leaves in a year but this company will give 15 or less. If you join this company ultimately you will get frustrated and irritated and would eventually leave. The HR of the company has started saying lies to the candidates in order to onboard them or do not tell all the facts. Even after requesting several Times the HR will never share with you the human resource policy of the company because they do not want you to discover what benefits and employee is eligible for. If you do not believe me then please consult any of the ex employees of the company asking the HR or the current employees.

...can join only if you have some influence from top management else please avoid Salary is on time but for increment and promotion you have to wait for atleast 4 years Please fix your salary and position suitably before join. All the best

Company is good . Fast growing company .You can get timely salary every month in first week.

There is no recognize for performers and no encouragement . I was worked in transportation sector and this sector having very poor management . The vertical head is worthless and his under all projects are running in very poor.

...nfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what's happening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling . Family persons struggle more.
