...nfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what's happening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling . Family persons struggle more.

Salary on time, because of MEIL. Job security.

Worst CGD company in India. Only people good in politics can stay here or if you have great connections with the higher management. Top management can never see how the ground team is suffering because of the middle management ( All telugu). AP -TS GA’s are worst GA’s because of there management team in AP-TS. Only telugu people can survive here. Relatives of top management people can enter into the megha gas without any interview. They don’t know anything about pipelines. And after joining they act like goons in the GA’s. Managing and controling everything. Looting money from accounts without any reason, misusing company vehicle for personal use. And in the end they get promotions. They get more increments. And person who actually do work get nothing. Most of the people in megha gas filled with this kind of person. Mostly in AP-TS GA. Because of only one person who head of AP-TS. Eliminate that person and improve the management. GA Will grow.

Here one can act like he is working and do zore work in the end he will be rewarded same as the hard working guy or even more.

... nepotism, castism, regionism, favorism,... Etc all types of negative isms here. If one is brave enough to join Megha make sure to ask atleast 100% hike on your current package so you have atleast one good thing to say about.

I have no problem in this company. They gives us salary in time. Food and accommodation is also good but site to site it's depending upon there food culture.

I complete 2 year 7 months service in meil.No increment from 2 year 7 months.company remove 3000 employees on August month with 3 days notice Period.November month Company remove manufacturing unit -2 employees.company remove employees more than 18 years experience on meil group also.not given preference to old&new employees.Company recruitment for new employees.after completion of project remove employees.Please avoid this company.

...imal is better than meil group.small builder company is better than meil group .Hide salary deductions more in meil group.If ctc 50,000.employees recieve net salary only 38000.
