...is high sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours.managers are not respond properly..and salary increments is 2 years once..now a days others experiences very much so i have no satisfaction..

... cannot distinguish ourselves as engineers compared to supervisor and foreman. Compensation is good for high designation people but it is little bit less for freshers and Engineers

...nfortunately some personal problems I resign my position. Total 4 years working. Every month salary credited 5th to 7th.

I feel little bit job insecurity. Family persons not getting HRA & Food allowance. Not for all projects. Only my situation this particular project. I think my bad luck.apart form all are good. And one more reason leaves Sep 2024 month I working 25 Days remaining 5 days apply OD with site incharge permission. But I don't know what's happening. My September month total working days also consider Absent. So many times rise the complaint. But not solved. My muster data also removed E bills. That's time I decided Job insecurity feeling . Family persons struggle more.
