There is no job security for regular staff and recently started the staff reduction drive without any notice and intimation atleast 10 k staff fire without paying on time. It's now worth company for work.

Work life balance ,flexible working timing, Holiday Bonus, job security 100 %, HSE culture of the company is very good and and too much supportive by head office need to trained site execution staff and make a training program for all new joining engineer or any employee about HSE Guidelines overall company is very good if u want secure and flexible job, The biggest blunder of the company is worst HR Policy here no salary increment on time no appraisal on time once in a three year yo have to get increment , this is the worst part of the company

... thing is Payment on time. 7. Almost all work Locations are in village areas. 8.There CTC dont match with salary slip. 9.Best place for telgu people worst for north Indians. 10.Organisation is BIG but still they are not following standards. 11.A lot of corruption in HR, AMG, and accounts dept. 12. Senior managements dont value safety department. You will feal a useless person at work place. 13.Near by home transfer policy is only for Telgu people as all safety coordinators are telgu and they are from long long time in the organization. They helps telgu employees in transfer near by there home. 14.Safety coordinators dont visit site they just working as a data entry operator. 15.I have seen in Megha at some sites HR person dont know hindi or English they talk only telgu even with a hindi employe. 16.Ok if you are in Need of money or job.

...s they only work progress at any cast, company policy is fare if you go in deep.Salary ontime. (Above content depending upon your behaviour, relation and senior level person ,it's depent upon site to site).

No timing , flexible working ,travel within specific area , Increment and bonus after every two years financial month of company, too work pressure and work load .
