The process was quite good bt their salary and target was not good..they only know how to increase the target but they didn't ever increased our salary. FUSION SEC V BPO OFFICE.

Meesho needs to increase their salary first then they should hire employees and Meesho mainly should increase the salary..cos they only gives us target and target but the end of the day 10.5k in hand is very low. FUSION SEC V BPO OFFICE

Nothing, joining means reuining your carrier and CV, no training, no support from anybody, poor goodwill among sellers, Loss of pay (LOP) is common. It's a third party payroll.

Only a risk that is probably associated with every startup. A risk where, your role may not fit sometime in larger scheme of things. However, this is a risk that everyone sign up for on the same day when you sign up the appointment letter or decide to join this ecosystem. I myself lost my role due to this but no regrets 😊.
