Dislikes

Salary is very low at each level. There is no scope for research work and growth. One have to handle too much of unnecessary documentation work. There is no place for innovative thinking. Administration attitude to save each paisa they can, results in supply of outdated/inferior or no resources at all. There is no support for online classes, not even a computer. The word APPRAISAL does not exist here. Anybody with a little bit of talent, does not continue here more than year or two. Thus, all the senior position are filled with mediocre and ignorant employs.
