Long hours, poor shedule (Lack off) traning,to much changes No any paid leaves in after 1year Poor EPFO deduction rules of salary

Compared to my previous employer the present company pays the office expenses incurred by me after 1 month gap.

Salary is delayed. No proper technical support. Lot of limitations from company end. Didn't got my salary hike after 1 yr and 8 months.

There is no option of half or quarter rating rather i would prefer that rating for meenaar.. idiotic person on upper management without any experience and bastadic way of talking
