Company should provide some training so we can work with some new technologies . Salary and appraisal should be increase as per it stander. Work environment is good.

...team meetings to discuss regarding the requirements that I got from my clients . Moreover they took all my projects as well as my valuable clients without paying my compensation which not paid in full. Am single woman it's hard up situation for me to survive to pay my bills and other necessities immediately. Repeated calls and mails have been given no responses from them. There is not much benefits from the company compensation has no fixed date.

Medullus systems is a good place to learn and adopt new technologies as a professional developer. Pros: 1. Flexible working hours. 2. Flat hierarchy. 3. Zero micro management. 4. Friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Salary structure not as per industrial standard (not sure now). 2. Working ambience not as per industrial standard ( not sure now, how it look). 3. No employee medical benefits.
