Always on time Salary. If targets has been achieved, so you'll get proper incentives for that. Foreign trips if company achieved yearly targets. Overall great company to work.

Dislikes

Well, first of all, if you are on the sales team, you'll be always on pressure, unless until your target is achieved. It will be total nightmare for you if haven't reached out to your target, your manager will be always on top of you. So work culture is good from the outside but it will be really a headache from inside.

The work life balance is awesome. Also the team interaction is good. All the team members are equally helpful and the company takes the upper hand to organise lot of events to improve team interactions.

The appraisal system and promotion and salary hikes.
