I made the right decision by joining this organization. The working atmosphere is very good here. The greatest advantage working here is that I am able to learn new things. The projects on which I am working is challenging and I am sure it will give me an added advantage in my future career. For a good performer the company provides with all kind of support. The management takes care of its employees during personal and financial crisis. The organization provides health insurance for employees and immediate family members. The organization highly supports in skill development

MedTrix follows an open door policy and the employees are free to interact with the Senior Management team. The work culture is very positive and the organization always goes an extra mile to ensure the well being of the employees. Quarterly town hall meetings with the CEO is a very good forum to know about the the overall performance of the company and also to know about important organizational updates. The company also have good reward and recognition program. Last year (2020-21) when the whole world has announced lay offs and pay cuts due to the pandemic, we got a reasonably good appraisals and full bonuses. The employee health insurance policy was updated to include Covid 19 coverage as well. Overall working with MedTrix so far has been an excellent expereince for me.

The company is way too lenient towards non performers.

Employees would get excellent opportunities for skill set improvement. They work with the top 10 Pharmaceutical Companies. The science and technology behind the projects are cutting edge. You will get opportunity to work with bright minds and you will naturally imbibe a world class culture. The company would also sponsor/support enrollment to courses with world class universities/institutes for the deserving talents.

The interview process has multiple hoops and screening. This could have been made easier.

The organization provides a very good working atmosphere and I have very good work-life balance. The entire team is very co-operative. Management is very supportive and helps you in your difficult time be it professional or personal. I have seen a lot of innovative ideas being developed and implemented in our organization. I love the fact that I am part of a team that provides high quality digital communication services and has a global client base. The company also provides with the insurance policy.
