MedTrix follows an open door policy and the employees are free to interact with the Senior Management team. The work culture is very positive and the organization always goes an extra mile to ensure the well being of the employees. Quarterly town hall meetings with the CEO is a very good forum to know about the the overall performance of the company and also to know about important organizational updates. The company also have good reward and recognition program. Last year (2020-21) when the whole world has announced lay offs and pay cuts due to the pandemic, we got a reasonably good appraisals and full bonuses.
