Promotion Salary Amount is 600 Without PF Duty Time After Changing Company Rule 12-15hour Maximum In a Day Incentive Pattern Change After Company Rule Decrease at Low on Percentage for employee As per My Opinion Company Should Be Get Back All Old Employee Because Thery are Very Good Work They are always Given Terget achivement to Optival Health Solution but at this time company took care of own, company doesn't want to know after dismiss an employee where he/she gone at on this age. If you have no work experience. It maybe another choice to join this company. Only good thing is salary comes at time.

Everything, literally everything. Work culture here in West Bengal is toxic like hell. Most of the Supervisors and Managers treat employees like a slave. If by any reason you need leave, you have to give excuses like police interrogation. Many more are there like unjustified incentives, meaningless rules, no proper guidance, poor work culture . In pharmacy department they use cctv cam for disturbing and poking their employees. If you are using your phone or sitting idle, they will post your photos to your work-team whatsapp group to make harassment towards you.

There is no such thing as good. I have been working for 6 months. The behavior of siniour employees here is very bad, the duty time is not correct. Bad use of super visor.

Everything. Uncultured higher authority. No respect for pharmacist. Poor salary that too not on time. If you are a pharmacist at time you will doubt about your position whether you are pharmacist or salesman. No pay during notice period.
