Everything, purely lala culture, any time lala can call,during reimbursement and salary there will be technical problem in bank,unrealistic growth on anticipation, product quality not good,don't handle complaint well,customers are not happy

The work culture here is excellent with a very supportive senior management. The salaries are disbursed on time. Interactive training sessions are provided to each individual. Best place for learning and professional development!

Being an Indian Medical device manufacturing company, it was a bit tough for me to adjust as i was form pharma background. Eventually i was able to excel.

No HR,No hierarchy,False Commitments,no policies,no system at all. Financial deductions as per their wish, no support to employees.no insurance,no rational targets,no trust on employees, no job security, I dont recommended to any one
