    There is huge Adjustment in company.For Medical representing it's worst company to work in, you can save your money 40% Of your salary you will have to pay to stockists as Adjustment. If enquire enough to join Medley pharmaceutical.

    ...anager is supportivs but no one will help regarding work from other departments. Salary hike is very less. Bonus also they deduct from employees package and give on diwali. Lot of politics and gossiping. People have more time to gossips. Good for lazy people who worked for retirement here. This company is not for growing people.

    ...ive, Somehow need more transparency although appraisals are fair & satisfactory. Rather than salary, Incentives plans are good for earnings. In covid situation company almost stick with employees job security and taking care of timely payment of salaries. This is genuinely a good care of an employee in such crucial time of covid !!
