I left working at medley agro in the month of January 2020 so according to me they might not be supporting any of their employee with the financial aid during this period of time

Lot of traveling at sudden times may be at night early in the morning or middle of night you need to be just traveller only then you will be a fit for this company because this one work basically for marketing only and manufacturing firm

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
