Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Senior officials are unaware of day to day works. You are never credited for your work. HR is the sole authority who makes decisions irrespective of the employees interests. Job is just copying and pasting. There is no scope at all for career growth.Moreover, you would be stuck and start adapting to the work environment for which you regret in future. Daily tasks and operations are run by just a few employees who themselves are not qualified enough in their field
