Senior officials are unaware of day to day works. You are never credited for your work. HR is the sole authority who makes decisions irrespective of the employees interests. Job is just copying and pasting. There is no scope at all for career growth.Moreover, you would be stuck and start adapting to the work environment for which you regret in future.
