Couple of bad leaders in Indian market who drive everything. Right from HR to salary to targets to compensations. Although they are sales leaders and tech x directors before acquisitions.

Likes

They pay good. They provide lots of tools for learning. Lets you do certifications for free. They have flat hierarchy in organization. Small company and growing fast. You can get into leadership role very quickly if you show up you can. You can be assigned as individual ownership and opportunity to work directly with customer in multiple roles.

Dislikes

Politics. Everyone is racing with each other in internal teams and BU. Divide and rule strategy. No work from home unless really needed. Aggressive work, short deadline, one person doing multiple projects delivery same time, delivering bad customer satisfaction and projects are always on fire.

Likes

Everything. Balanced work-personal life, understanding manager and team, motivational environment.

Nothing to be disliked. I am very happy with the work and learnings I have made yet within Media agility.

Likes

Working environment in MediaAgility is very employee friendly. I get to travel abroad, especially to the US & Mexico. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your client's location. I love the fact that I am a part of MediaAgility.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night.
